| 1. Trước khi giao sản phẩm | Nhân viên sẽ gửi hình ảnh sản phẩm hoàn thiện để khách hàng xác nhận trước khi giao . Trước khi giao 30’ nếu khách hàng chưa xác nhận sản phẩm , chúng tôi vẫn sẽ giao để đảm bảo đúng thời gian | Đảm bảo sản phẩm đúng mẫu mã khách hàng đã đặt

| 2. Nhận hàng và kiểm tra sản phẩm | Khách hàng kiểm tra sản phẩm : đúng mẫu mã , không rách , không gãy , không ướt , không móp méo | Đảm bảo sản phẩm còn nguyên vẹn khi đến tay khách hàng |
| 3. Kiểm tra số lượng | Đối chiếu số lượng sản phẩm với phiếu giao hàng / đơn đặt hàng | Tránh thiếu sản phẩm. |
| 4. Xác nhận | Nếu mọi thứ đúng và đủ, vui lòng ký xác nhận với nhân viên giao hàng. | Hoàn tất giao dịch. |
| 5. Trường hợp có vấn đề | Nếu phát hiện thiếu, sai hoặc sản phẩm không đạt . Quý khách vui lòng ghi chú ngay trên phiếu giao hàng và thông báo cho nhân viên. | Để chúng tôi xử lý nhanh chóng và thuận tiện cho Quý khách. |

- Vui lòng kiểm tra ngay tại thời điểm nhận hàng.
